What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For semi-custom (ready stock + your label), MOQ starts at 50-100 pcs. For fully custom formulas, MOQ is usually 1,000+ pcs.
Can you help with product registration (NOT) in Malaysia?
Yes! We provide all necessary documents (COA, MSDS, Formula Structure) to help you apply for the NPRA notification number smoothly.
How long does shipping take?
Air cargo: 3-7 days. Sea freight: 15-20 days to Port Klang or Singapore.
